Separating the men from boys

Some times its a little hard keeping a build going when the phone is rigging customers are bringing in oil changes everyone is in a hurry for there bikes, just the day to day goings on here at the shop.
I have several build going on all the time and when I get a little overwhelmed with it all I look for inspiration to help charge my batteries.
The whole chopper thing right now is cool but what I really crave is to build a bike that would challenge my skill set to the max. I look at guys like Lock Baker and Kraus and what they have built and what they are building.
